VisionX Enterprise ("we", "us", "our") is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Raniban, Kathmandu, Nepal. This page explains what information we collect when you visit visionxenterprise.com or send us a project inquiry, and how we handle that information.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and the project description you write.
- Technical information. Standard server logs record your IP address, browser, operating system, the page you visited, and the referring URL. We use this for security, debugging, and traffic analysis only.
- Cookies and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies we use and how you can control them.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and send you a proposal.
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
- To improve the website and the services we offer.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations under Nepali law.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers we use to run the business (email hosting, analytics, payment processing) and only the minimum they need to do their job.
- Government authorities when we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the relationship is active and for up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Project files for active clients are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period agreed in the contract.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email enterprisevisionx@gmail.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed admin passwords, parametrised database queries, and access controls to protect data on our systems. No system is ever 100 percent secure, so we will notify affected users promptly if a breach ever occurs.
